BESTBUDDY is a free AI wellness companion for tracking nutrition, sleep, fitness and health, including the AI coach "Nanouk", photo meal analysis, reports and gamification elements. Features may be extended or adjusted at any time.
BESTBUDDY does not replace medical diagnosis, advice or treatment. All content – including AI-generated analyses and recommendations – is for general information only. Always consult a medical professional for health concerns.
An account with a valid email address is required. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Use is permitted from age 16.
You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only and not to submit unlawful, offensive or harmful content. Automated scraping as well as manipulation or overload attempts are prohibited.
Taler, energy and other gamification elements are purely virtual rewards with no monetary value. They are non-transferable, non-redeemable and may be adjusted at any time.
Analyses, coach responses and blog content are partially created by artificial intelligence. Despite careful design, AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important information independently.
All rights to the app, the name BESTBUDDY, the mascot Nanouk, its design and content belong to MYSYMP AG. Your own submitted data remains yours; you merely grant us the right to process it to provide the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may cause temporary outages.
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of MYSYMP AG is limited to intent and gross negligence. We accept no responsibility for decisions you make based on app content.

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service. We will announce material changes in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction – to the extent permitted by law – is the registered office of MYSYMP AG (Nottwil, Switzerland).
